UPDATE FOR ALL DISTANCE STUDENTS
For the fall 2020 term, a distance application is not required because unofficial and official exams will be offered through online or alternate means.
IMPORTANT: After the deadlines noted below please email CUOL directly to apply. Late applications may be considered, but can result in the application being declined, and if accepted, a $25 late fees applies. Applications received less than TWO WEEKS before the scheduled exam will not be processed.
Fall 2019/Winter 2020
- September 18, 2019 (fall and full-year courses)
- January 18, 2020 (winter courses)
Who can Apply for Distance Exams?
You can only apply for the distance exam service if you are registered the in “T“, “V” “R” or web section of the course. Students registered in the “In-Class” Section (e.g. A, B, etc) cannot use this application. If you have questions on this, please contact cuolexams@carleton.ca. There are fees for the distance exam service (please click here for fees).
